The NZ Tri Series starts this weekend at Hampton Downs with racing on the 10th of December 2011 followed by Manfeild Circuit on the 17th December and then The Cemetery Circuit on Boxing day is the final round.

Then it's off to the south island

The first round of the NZ Superbike Championship kicks off in Christchurch at the Ruapuna Raceway 7/8th January 2012 with the following rounds - Timaru 14th/15th January, Invercargill 21/22nd January.

The final two rounds will be in March held in the North Islands 17/18th March at Hampton Downs and 24/25th at Taupo for the Finale.

Amongst this our Superbike rider Nick Cole will also be competing in Australia and America after having a look at the competitive scence this year in both countries and doing extremely well. He raced both the modern kawasaki ZX10 in Australia and the Norton of Peter Lodge (ex Rider Paul Dobbs ) in America at Barber and then Daytona.

Nick who has just had an operation for a broken collarbone which was broken in two (blasted mountain bikes) will be out there on fire despite the pain. He also will be competing in Clasic racing with the NZ Classic Racing Festival 4th and 5th of February at Pukekohe and then Paeroa street racing is on the 19th February 2012.
